All of your personal information is protected by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996). A United States legislation that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information. Only the patient and DOH have access to private information such as medical records.

How do I reserve my medicine online?

Order ahead and skip the line. Create an online ordering profile one time in-clinic and make your own orders online in advance through our website, pick-up at the location of your choice and if you don't want to change anything on your order you can SKIP the line, pay and go. It's that easy.

When should I renew my medical card?

We recommend renewing your card at least thirty days before expiration to avoid any lapse. You must have your card and ID for every purchase.

What is the difference between medical and adult-use cannabis?

Medical patients with a valid NM medical cannabis card issued by the NMDOH can purchase up to 15 oz of cannabis every 90 days, tax free. Medical cannabis can also be sold in servings up to 50mg of THC with no limit of the number of servings sold per container—which is higher than the adult-use limits of 10 mg per serving and 100 mg per package. Adult-use cannabis is available for sale to anyone 21 and older. Daily purchase limits apply to adult-use cannabis: 2 oz of flower, 16 g of concentrate and 800 mg of edibles. All purchases are subject to state taxes. There is no monthly limit to the amount of adult-use cannabis an eligible buyer can purchase. Other than packaging limitations and maximum dosages allowed, the plants and everything derived from them are the same.

In the state of New Mexico, it's illegal to consume cannabis in public unless it is in a designated consumption area. Smoking outside one of these areas can put you at risk of getting a $50 fine.

We accept cash and debit. When using debit cards, our stores now charge a $3.30 withdrawal fee. We do not like issuing the fees and apologize for any inconvenience, but we will now be able to accept a broader base of banks and credit unions when processing your transaction.
